About Us

Condo & HOA Accounting, LLC was founded by David Rofe, a CPA with over 20 years of experience.  After 13 years of auditing condominium associations, homeowner’s associations, and cooperatives, he used his experience to lead the accounting department of several property management companies as well as a real estate development business.  David has supervised the accounting of some of the most exclusive associations in Florida, including those located in Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Brickell Key, SoFi, Naples, and Jupiter.
